How do I retrieve a password for my charger

This is the procedure how to retrieve passwords for chargers for end users and customers

For Chargepoint Operators (CPO)

Please refer to this knowledge article for instructions on how to find the default password in the Alfen Webshop

For end users

If you are an end user and do not have the management rights for the charger, please contact your Chargepoint Operator (CPO) or vendor to request the password.
