Do you use a public charger?
Public charging stations are managed by a third-party operator.
The operator's phone number can usually be found on a sticker attached to the charging station.
If the sticker is missing or unreadable, please contact your charging card provider (contact details are often listed on the card or in the associated app) or your local municipality.
They can help identify the correct operator.
Do you use a home charging station (private installation)?
Who should you contact?
The right point of contact depends on where you purchased your charging station:
If it was provided through a leasing company, please contact your leasing company directly.
If it was purchased and installed through an installer, please contact the installer who carried out the installation.
If it was purchased through an (online) retailer or webshop, please contact the seller directly.
Not sure where you purchased your charging station? No problem.
Check your invoice or proof of purchase for details of the supplier.
If you are unable to determine the supplier, you can contact us directly via the our service portal to find the registered opertor of the charger.
For this, we need the chargers serial number located on the bottom of the charger.
We will be happy to assist you further.
