The Alfen Webshop is exclusively available to customers with management rights for the charging station (such as Charge Point Operators, Installers, etc.) and is not accessible to end users.
If you are an end user, please contact your Charge Point Operator or vendor to obtain the password.
The Webshop provides the default charger password for your charging station as it was configured during production. For chargers manufactured before the introduction of password security, a default password is also available.
How to find the password in the webshop?
Please follow below steps to find the password for your charger.
Log in to the Alfen webshop and click on “my chargingstations” via “Charging stations” in the top menu.
Enter the serial number of the charging station you want to find the Default password for in the search bar and click on “search”.
It is also possible to enter a prefix and/or description in order to show multiple chargers.
Click on the charging station for which you want to retrieve the password, then select “Retrieve Password.”
Now click the 'Get password' button’ to request the data. Wait for the system to retrieve the code.
Copy the code to a save location.
After you have copied/written down the password, you may use it to access the charging station via the ACE Service Installer.
Open the ACE Service Installer on your laptop
Log in to the ACE Service Installer using your ASI account.

On the left side (charger overview), select the charger you need to log in to, using the password obtained from the Alfen Webshop.
In the pop-up window, select 'Owner'
Paste the password you have saved from the webshop.
If you have multiple chargers with the same password, check the checkbox for convenience.
Click the 'Ok'-button to logon
