- AHP (Alfen Hardware Platform)
Error code 4xx | Error from outside (user, plug, cable, weather influences, etc.)
Normally these issues are not caused by the charger itself.

The charge point is experiencing internal technical issues. Please call for support.
Possible Cause:
The internal devices connected to the control board are defect/damaged.
Possible Solutions:
Contact the service department of your charge point supplier.
Check control board connections/components.
In case of damaged internal devices.: replacements are required.
