How do I change the Backoffice of a charging station?

If you want to change the Backoffice (settings) of a charging station the procedure will depend on the firmware version of the charging station.

Please select the applicable firmware version first to continue:

AHP-Platform

For chargers on the AHP-Platform, (EVE Single Plus, EVE Double Plus, Twin5).

NG-Platform, firmware 6.0.0 and up

For chargers on the NG-Platform, NG910 (EVE Single Pro-Line, Eve Single S-Line) and NG920 (EVE Double Pro, Twin4 XL) that are using firmware version 6.0.0 or higher.

NG-Platform, firmware 5.8.1 and below

For chargers on the NG-Platform, NG910 (EVE Single Pro-Line, Eve Single S-Line) and NG920 (EVE Double Pro, Twin4 XL) that are using firmware version 5.8.1 or lower.
