Step-by-step summarized instruction for "SPK T2 socket Eve Single Plus"

  1. Open the front housing housing by removing the 6x Torx 20 screws

  2. Unplug the Hybrid Connector from the Socket to the SB100

    1. Press both ledges to unlock while pulling the connector up

  3. Lift the “Subframe” after removing the 3x Torx 20 screws

  4. Separate the “T2 Socket” from the “Subframe” by removing the 3x M4 Flangenuts

  5. Unplug the connector from the “Actuator”

    1. Press the bottom ledge to release

  6. Separate the Actuator from the “T2 Socket” by opening the 1x Philips 2 screw

  7. Isolate the old (defective) “T2 socket” and grab the replacement “T2 Socket”

  8. Assemble the Actuator on the replacement “T2 Socket” with the 1x Philips 2 Screw (1Nm or less)

  9. Plug the connector in the Actuator

    1. The bottom ledge should be locked

  10. Assemble the replacement “T2 socket” on the “Subframe” and fix with the 3x M4 flangenuts (torque: 1Nm)

  11. Place the “Subframe” back in the charger and fix with the 3x Torx 20 screws (torque: 1Nm)

  12. Route the cable from the socket around the outside of the “Subframe” and plug the Hybrid Connector in the SB100

    1. Ensure the connector is correctly placed, both ledges should be locked

  13. Close the front housing and fix with the 6x Torx 20 screws (torque: 1Nm)
