To take over the management of the charging station you will first need to be registered (and accepted) as a customer.
Alfen, as a manufacturer, can accept commercial customers that have a Chamber of Commerce registration only.
To register your company with Alfen, please fill in the form that you will find on our support portal.
Visit the support portal on support.alfen.com
Click ‘Go to the Charging Equipment Support Portal’
Login with your portal-account
Click ‘Manage your services’
Now click ‘Account Request’
