Perform a firmware update using the ACE Service Installer
Overview
This page explains how to update the firmware of a charger using the ACE Service Installer.
How to update the firmware using the ACE Service Installer
- Start the ACE Service Installer, go to the General tab.
- Click the 'Upload Firmware' button
- Select the desired firmware version from the list
In case you want to upload a locally saved firmware version that is not in the list, click thebutton and select the file from there.
- Click the 'Start Upload' button to start the update
- Once the update has completed, the charging station will restart.
Please be patient, even if the progress seemed to have stopped for some time.
