Locating the chargers unique identification number
Start by locating the object number of your charging station.
The object number is Alfen's unique identification number for a charger. It allows us to access the correct information and specifications for your device.
The object number follows one of these formats: ACEXXXXXXX or XXXXXRXXX.
You can find this number on the sticker attached to the charging station.
