When you have placed an order with us, we understand that in some situations you want to check the actual status of the order.
To check the status of an order, you have 2 options:
Checking the order status in the Alfen Webshop
Here are the steps to find the information:
With valid credentials, visit the Alfen Webshop
Click the ‘orders in progress’ tile
A list with known orders opens on the screen.
The status of the order is displayed on the right-side of the screen.
For further details, click the orderline.

If you can not find your order in the Webshop
In the event you cannot find the order in the overview, please create a ticket via the Alfen support portal.
Please mention the order number related.
