It can be convenient to know the actual firmware version installed on your Alfen charger.
The ICU Connect back office receives this information each time a charger successfully connects to it.
Here is the instruction where to find this information.
Procedure to check per charger:
Visit the ICU Connect back office on the internet and sign in.
Search the charger you want to download the transactions from via the searchbox on top of the screen
Press Enter to start the search.
In the menu on the top, make sure you are in the ‘Details’ tab, click the tab if needed.
Scrol down in the list to locate the ‘Firmware version’ field.
Here you can also see the last moment there was contact between the charger and the ICU Connect back office.
Note this time is always mentioned in UTC timezome. Please take this into consideration when you are in a different timezone.
Procedure to check all chargers in your pool:
Visit the ICU Connect back office on the internet and sign in.
Click the ‘Infra’ tab on top of the screen
Select the Pool you want to check the firmware versions of the chargers.
Now a list is shown with all chargers in that pool, including the firmware version
If convenient, you can Export the list to Excel bij pressing the green Export button.
