Summary
Settings made in Alfen's Eve Connect app, are pushed to the charger using a so called Charging Profile.
These Charging Profiles have the type ‘ExternalContstraints’.
Only this type of Charging Profiles can be removed by using the Eve Connect app.
Other types of Charging Profiles, like ‘TxDefault’, that is pushed from the back office side, can NOT be removed using the Eve Connect app!
Steps to remove an ‘ExternalConstraints’ Charging Profile using the Eve Connect app
Make sure there is a working network connection between the charger and the mobile device using the Eve Connect app.
Open the Eve Connect app on your mobile device.
Click the ‘Power’ tab on the bottom.
Move the power slider to the MAX-position.
Click the ‘Schedule’ tab on the bottom of the screen
Move the ‘Apply Schedule’ to the left to deactivate the schedule(s)
I was not able to remove the Charging Profile by using the Eve Connect app
For chargers on the NG-Platform:
You may want to try to remove the Charging Profile using the ACE Service Installer.
Connect your windows computer to the charger using a network cable
Start the ACE Service Installer application and login
Click the charger in the menu on the left
Enter the chargers password to login to the charger
Click the Logging-tab
Click the Prompt-icon on the top-right, a pop-up opens
Type ‘cperase’ in the commandbox and press Enter
Press the ‘Close’ button
