Quick Reference Guide
We have created a Quick Reference Guide to assist installers or service engineers in seamlessly setting up a wired connection between the Alfen Apps and one or multiple charging stations.
This can be achieved either through a direct link between a laptop, tablet, or phone and a Charging Station, or by connecting the device to a switch with multiple charging stations like a Smart Charging Network.
The instructions can also be applied when you are not connected to the internet.
To ensure a smooth connection, Alfen recommends using licensed converter cables and confirming that the IP address of the charging station aligns with your device's IP address.
