You can download the transactions logged by the charger, using the ACE Service Installer.
This can be useful if the charger has lost its backoffice connection, is experiencing a defect or if you simply want detailed information about each charging session.
The transaction of a charger contains detailed metervalues and start- and stop times of a charging session.
Those transactions can be downloaded from the charger and the information can be used to invoice the charging costs for the session.

In the ACE Service Installer, go to the ‘View all Transactions’-tab (marked in Red).
An overview will open showing all transactions.
Click the ‘save’-icon (marked in Blue), this will open the ‘Save Transactions As’ screen
Select the folder to save the transactions and click the ‘Save’-button.
You have now created a .CSV file that can be opened by a simple program like Notepad, or the file can be imported in Microsoft Excel for further processing.
